Both statements are correct. The 1000acres are ours forever and have no time limitations on the drilling. But the remaining 4000acres are still linked to continuous drilling. The issue will be retaining them every 120days until they are "earned" acres. Considering our funding shortage and under 60days left for extension. But their is also a monetary extension allowed. So rather than drill we may just buy the extension if the acres are deemed worthy.
