    IMO, an extremely bizarre announcement to say the least. And quite ambiguous as usual.

    So, the extra acreage bought - why? The infrastructure built - why? If there's nothing, it's a pretty big gamble to do all that not knowing what's out there...

    And it's taken quite a while to come up with this conclusion - surely they've got something planned and something up their sleeves?

    Argh, not sure what to make of it.
