Half the small mining/oilers were biotech or internet a few years back so nothing new there.

If akw is undervalued but not worth 30c, what figures are you using ie what oversights did I make, A capital return worth roughly 9c straight up and they will have cash in the bank after giving away the ggp shares of around 20c just for starters, what value do you place on their MDA holdings, they own at least 20% of MDA and MDA is worth 25-30 mill ??

It seems to me you would be better off buying AKW rather than GGP and in fact it would be more worthwhile to sell ggp and buy akw.
