    Dis, I too looked at what AKW was going to do with the GGP shares.

    I thought that was what they were saying - giving shares to current shareholders but WHY?

    What is the point of selling an asset and then giving away the proceeds leaving the coy with very little.

    Unless I am not reading it right I fail to see the point.
