This company is a producer and last time it was at 0.025 was Sept last year, no Permian acreage locked into their hands then, so why is it still sitting where it is?
Easy, the market is pretty much run by SHEEP, but the sheep don't get the great gains as the run from the lows have already happened and then once the flock hear the Baaa's from the other sheep well then it must be OK to follow

So in reality on the known facts with the Permian acreage we are following the sheep, we are following the proven success rate % of all the other drillers there
