ggx is mutton dressed as lamb

GGX annual report has its Managing Director, Dennis Morton, holding 27M in shares and 17M in options for that company. As you are aware Dennis is also the new Chairman for Orion holding what seems to be a paltry 1.5M shares in Orion. You can summise that has the stronger financial interest in GGX. Should this person be oversighting a merger of the two companies.

On a seperate issue, someone pointed out the mysterious spike in the price of GGX earlier this week. The price/vol history is below. You will note the volume on the 8th which was a yearly high on seeemingly no news. It seems GGX is priced around 5.5c-6c with a recent SPP at 3c.

Gentlemen, Mutton dressed as Lamb and with the sell orders starting to roll in people are starting to realise it. Vote No to this travesty.
