If their prospects are so terrific, Dennis will have no trouble raising the money elsewhere.
Prospects are one thing. Cash is another.
OIP also has prospects. But OIP's prospects only have a tiny EV.
GGX, with little cash, is ALL EV.
Lets nip this proposal in the bud, before we have to start going down the burrow of exactly who bought GGX in their conveniently-timed share price run.
Not to mention posters who perhaps should be making disclosures on here.
I don't have a fortune in OIP. But if the new directors are going to push this, they better make sure that they are SQUEAKY clean. Squeaky clean on governance. Squeaky clean on HC.
If not, then they have a great deal to lose if a little digging finds anything amiss.
This STINKS.
