Regardless of who is better to manage OIP ... I'm yet to be convinced that the GGX assets add much value. Would OIP even be contemplating a merger with GGX if Morton were not on both board(s) and a major shareholder in GGX? We at OIP get diluted heavily. And any merger should be happening AFTER PEL 6 drilling .... when the OIP share price could be a multiple of current .. its a rip off IMHO.
