I wonder where the conscience of these companies are when the non executive chairman and his wife each get $250k each worth of shares, regulation is well overdue. I had to read the announcement twice as I didnt believe it. When is the ACCC going to stand up to the plate and start to regulate instead of fence sitting.

I have said it before and will say it again non executive are not entitled to options of any kind they are no more than pen pushers.
