good bounce from ghc but ill wait for 1.75 to buy back in.
a-reits are under the spotlight atm for trading well above ntav's despite low growth prospects.
hpi is another similar safe investment a reit that has been hit hard recently despite good fundamentals, but neither are good value yet imho until they drop another 5-10%
