They raised some money so they I assume can meet their debts as and when they fall due.
Was interested in reading the Grimaldi tax threads on MMX where MMX star witness has claimed to the courts that he didnt park his shares OS for tax purposes but to escape the escrow provisions and to put it out of reach of parties he was involved in litigation against ie CHM,
Sounds like ommitting to other crimes to avoid the ATO claims.

But of course none of this would have anything with the case and if a previous thread was correct the ATO visit to CHM was not about what is I am sure a very interwoven set of transactions by our friends Barnes and Grimaldi.
