Grimaldi defence in his tax case was that the reasons the MMX shares are O/S was to keep them out of reach of the people trying sue him ie CHM
How can this not be part the greater way these people went about the whole lot of the Nicu CHM transactions.
In August a case will be heard and then the judge will go away for months to have a think about it. Meanwhile the major case will be gearing up.
This still has months and months to go before a clear position will emerge.
One thing I dont understand is why has there never been an article in The West about the Grimaldi tax case. Financial Review and The Ausralian have given it quite a bit of coverage and yet in Grimaldi's home town I can see nothing written about it in the West.
