Being spruiked for all its worth 18 months ago.Made the news plenty of times.Average rent $2000 a week, plenty of houses sold for over 1 million dollars.
Prices have sinced dropped by 50%.
I wonder where the spruikers are now?
This was a obvious one to stay away from as i mentioned some time ago.
Need to time these high risk areas well or you will be punished.
