6 weeks ago Canmex signed a deal with RRS and The Puntland government , I think most called that the PSA , some were more strenuous in calling it the JV..

Pray tell me has the JV been signed , If not, why , was it not announced that CXM needed 2 weeks for the so called regularity approval ..

See the thing I find strange , why would a Canadian Company sign an agreement with An Australian company and The president of an African state ..

Then suddenly NEED approval from the Canadian government..

I Think , they may have been a bit LAX in not getting this approval , BEFORE signing the PSA ..

Lets face it , someone has already posted that RRS think this is as good as a signed JV , so what happens if Canmex dont get this Regulatory approval ..
