It's reached an obvious technical level.
From what they've told us so far re the extended well test results, I'm guessing marginal or sub commercial, but the well data collected along with seismic could provide the next wells to be more optimally placed. Depending on how they spin it, it could get a decent bid going into the drilling phase.
