Maybe separating out the gaseous helium isn't too hard.
However globally there aren't that many plants producing liquid helium where you need to get to -269°C to liquify the gaseous helium into liquid helium..
Expansion ratio is 1 to 745 from liquid helium back to gaseous helium I believe.. That's why helium is shipped usually in iso containers as liquid helium.
