Just thinking aloud, they dont need cash for a while but a quick placement must be tempting for them at these levels. eg $10m would require less than 10m new shares, so dilution would be miniscule.
Also could make sense if another cornerstone investor wanted in, similar to the last raise.
It would be a blip on the radar wrt current price action imo.
