All new developments should centre around areas like Sydneys eastern clifface suburbs, and say the Mornington Peninsula area near Melbourne. These areas would be fantasic areas most always good breezes blowing and nice and close to major cities which are the major uses of Power. Reasons for the above would be cheaper infrastructure ( distances ) etc needed to get power to the main / major users. Many supporters of great projects like these also live in these areas, and would be able to experience the fruits of their long fought battles for renewables 24/7/365. There is no reason what so ever why areas like Vaucluse, etc in Sydney and the likes of Mt Martha, Sorrento etc Melbourne area cannot and should not embrace such future projects. Its called leading by example. Now wheres Bob Brown???
