Reasons for the above would be cheaper infrastructure ( distances ) etc needed to get power to the main / major users.

Many supporters of great projects like these also live in these areas, and would be able to experience the fruits of their long fought battles for renewables 24/7/365.

There is no reason what so ever why areas like Vaucluse, etc in Sydney and the likes of Mt Martha, Sorrento etc Melbourne area cannot and should not embrace such future projects.

Its called leading by example.

Good might look at increasing my iron ore share portfolio if they are going to go that big, but aren't we going to cut back on all those things that help create these things.
Oh we are but the world isn't, is that right.
