    this information has been known to the market since it was proposed on Oct 5th "Notice of annual general meeting" on Pg 15.... was always gonna be passed as directors hold 25% of the company...

    Seriously you are acting all surprised and negative about this today when this was in the winds for weeks..... Lat week you were chanting "buy buy buy" lol
