I can understand lollie's frustration.
To have a stockpile, the milestones have been ticked off to have got to that stage.
Jim had an agreement back in 2018-9 with the locals re royalities ect. Why do we have to start from scratch again?
Some one's money has been spent developing the stock piles, lets have some trials run to tune the system while we wait for the wheels of Government to turn. We have wasted over 6 monthes of frozen funds while BDM mucks around.
