This is very positive for HCT in my opinion.
If HCT has the rights outside of the USA and North America and these M3 Machines are being installed in ALL US Government buildings we would have to assume that this will be passed through to our NEW JV Company in Singapore.
The BIG question now is how much will flow through in to the JV Company between HCTY & GICC???
The share price is holding up nicely and IMO was oversold.
Hopefully we will have a market update on the M3 very soon along with further updates out of the USA on Constanzo
