This quackamoli as you call it is actually REAL QUACKAMOLI and HCT has the GLOBAL RIGHTS outside of the USA and North America.
If the USA Federal Government has placed an initial order of US$800/1.2B that would OBVIOUSLY mean the M3 System and Pathaway Agent WORKS!!!
IMO this has a HUGE CREDIBILITY FACTOR for HCT to be able to sell the M3 System in to other countries.
HCT is already working with the Singapore Port Authority for the M3 System
IMO BIG things to come for HCT.
We would have to be one of the most undervalued stocks on the ASX currently if you breakdown all of our divisions down IMO
