They've already announced it, I don't think they need to mention it again unless there has been significant sales and contracts that would be price sensitive and that would allow them to make more accurate forecasts. In my opinion they can't afford to keep telling shareholders they're shooting at targets not within their immediate reach. The share price is what it is because this company has cried wolf too many times. There's a level of risk mitigation in that the share price is not inflated on the future prospects and that it could improve a lot if those prospects are actually realised, at least for those entering at this price, but there is some serious trust building to be done in the meantime - and I dare say not just with share holders but also the broader market and prospective partners.
