While I agree with you, they did go to the point of mentioning the take over of Lithium X and for how much that was for. While I believe they did this to show the market the potential value, I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility they plan on selling what they have. Development isn't always the best move!
By selling one project they could be aggressive in drilling the other projects they have, so it does make sense in that way, if that was their strategy.
For the record I don't have an opinion either way, I just thought it was a point that could be discussed.
