They've got some good guys on the ground in Argentina, with experience at ORE... but these aren't senior managers, more operations oriented.
They have the skills they need for the stage they are at. A good resource (drilling), will attract and/or enable them to attract the right people when they need them.
I would expect the Salta assets might wind up being operated by ORE/LAC/SQM, whereas Kachi is a go-it-alone. But this is just speculation (and in my view near irrelevant speculation).
Why bother specing out a plant when you don't know if you have an asset? And frankly more than just "why bother" -- how can you credibly hope to do so?
