'Oh but they are going bust....well the market is telling me a very different thing'
The market has no idea what is going to happen. It's all speculation. It is close to 1/5th of its price before trading halt, so I think the market has spoken very strongly so far, and are very sceptical still of what might happen.
If Centro can survive, and you'd imagine there's a very good chance they will, then it's not going anywhere near $6 for a while. Alot of price would have factored in the aggresive growth strategy. This strategy now has to change so the multiples will be much more conservative. And not to mention the negative sentiment.
A value is very hard to predict until the new strategy becomes clearer.
