If you read the site - the submission date for the EOI was extended 3 weeks due to one or more respondents requesting an extension. The actual submission deadline was moved to 23rd June. So it would follow then that the outcome announcement date would move by 3 weeks also. So instead of 7th July think 28th July for the decision roughly.
