It appears to me that our Australian and State Governments are still influenced by big money fossil fuel Companies.
However I reckon that our younger generations, because of the Internet/Social Media etc, are discussing and are aware of global warming.
In my opinion, we are on the verge of a very disruptive revolution all over our planet.
This revolution will be against the continuing poisoning of our planet by using fossil fuels.
Renewable energy is the way to go and the savvy "oil men" with their money will very quickly make the switch.
It is obvious that we need to store the energy that is created by renewables.
Battery storage of that energy is just beginning to get going.
I reckon, that if we endeavour to have some renewable energy and the appropriate battery, to store that energy to use when needed, we are on a winner.
Of course we cannot really totally depend on renewables.
I reckon that soon we will have small and safe nuclear reactors as back ups, if needed, for our renewables.
(can aircraft jet engines be nuke fuelled??)
