Gilead Capital are significantly invested in this stock, holding around around 15% of stock and holding a position on the board.

Having checked a bit further into their previous history, recently they have been a significant shareholder in Landauer inc, where they actively tried to try remove the exec chairman from the board.

Landauer were then bought out 6 months later.

I believe private equity buyout may be brewing. The CEO and CFO responsible for the disastrous King Content acquisition are now gone, if we can continue to increase revenue in Asia while minimising declines in ANZ we should be looking good in FY20 and beyond.

I will add to my position tomorrow and will continue to add if it drops under 30c.
