It is time shareholders demand for his resignation. It was arrogance that led the Board to propose rewarding Peter Cook with LTIOs after he had refused the $100M GSK offer and then accepted a $20M offer. When shareholders voted down the resolution, the Board and Peter Cook just thumped their noses at shareholders.
It is time for shareholders on HC & SS to pool their votes to a proxy and vote PC out.
