Agreed with everything you wrote.
Also you can’t compare the two drugs. One is an antiviral med (Gilead’s) where timing is crucial and Mesoblast’s is working for the very sick patients with ARDS. Both may have their place in the arsenal of treatments against Covid 19.
If Mesoblast’s is safer, then Dr’s shall surely take that into consideration.
I am sure once all the trials are compared side by side that it shall be apparent what is working best in which indication.
