Small Biotechs often have a reputation for over-promising, exaggerating results and pumping the SP with unnecessary announcements.
Not MSB.
If anything their conservative approach attracts criticism for under-promoting their potential and achievements.
So when MSB releases a statement as they did this morning - it carries more weight than most.
It's still a long-shot imo - but it's a legitimate shot.
