I've been looking at Scandium plays & it really comes down to MLM & JRV. Having been (slightly) burn't by bad management before (ADY) I must admit I'm cautious about investing in JRV. However their reseource looks the most promising.
My other concern is their JV partner EMC Metals as they are basically strapped for cash as well - though they are trying to sell a mine to get some funds.If the mine doesn't sell they will need to raise the money to meet their committments under the JV - can they do it.
Their last quarterly (31/03/10) shows current assets as $715k, current liabilities as $593k & long term liabilities as $6.7m.They had a private share placement on 17/02/10 - 2,275,000 @ $0.20 - $455,000.
Has anyone looked further into EMC ??
