It's a fine line isn't it really, (I haven't read the article as I don't subscribe to The Australian), but the paparazzi do need to respect that not all people want their mug plastered all over the newspapers, and that also some do.
If Wilson objected to his photo being taken he should have told the photographer so, either before or after...then if his mug was exposed in a newspaper he could certainly pursue for damages should he wish to do so.
Though really who cares, he was named enough times by Ralph Blewitt inside! He was probably really cheesed off that the next photographer may insist he holds an ID card in front of him...
It seems being a photographer these days one needs to be paid danger money too...
