There have been more males than females as leaders so this may affect the percentages of failures

My point was Labor uses females for political gain

The method of manipulating them into a leadership position as a device is very likely damaging their future growth as effective leaders

Many successful women in business is proof of female competence

Unfortunately Labor is not run by business people and doesn't seem to attract great business people male or female

And so the results are the results
