Earlier today I read an ABC article re the Korean co KEPCO long term coal miners in NSW - they are apparently hoping to mine coal in the Bylong Valley and have indeed bought mucho land with mining in mind but apparently do not have a clear pathway to mining yet. But I am sure KEPCO have lawyers too. The article glorified the views of anti-mining landowners who want to keep them out of their greatest most productive land in the history of history etc etc Lock The Gate was mentioned too so we need the "Knitting Nanas" to add some local colour to the scene. Of course the ABC never hint at the colossal income per ha coal mining would produce compared to agriculture and they would ignore details such as Land titles excluding minerals - Another detail excluded was the local history of one Mr Eddie Obeid - you could not make up the depth of ABC manipulation of news -
