the decision to grant this EL was of course made by the then Minister Ian Macdonald - now in NSW Jail with Eddie Obeid

what a tangled web is woven now in the ABC article -
maybe there is a case to pay NuCoal shareholders the $500Mill they claim to have lost + interest - costs etc
might help calm Trump for a few minutes
