Labor's recruitment of Slipper was ill advised and they should not have voted to keep him in office. That said, Gillard's blistering attack on Abbott was certainly worth watching. Labor is on the nose but Abbott will go the election as an unpopular leader tainted by his treatment of women and their place in society. That's if he can fend off a challenge by Turnbull. Double standards are at play with the Libs already defending their intent to accept Slipper's vote in parliament.
