I hope that by 2013 that we have a new government having said that i have no doubt that there will be a surplus in 2013. If the economic conditions stay improved the govt will have new revenue from the Mrrt, if it has not improved they may still get increased revenue from their new Carbon price.. Failing all of the Above and assuming poor economic performance a Labor government will simply lie about achieving a surplus. They are quite confortable with not telling the truth and the Black hole that appeared the last time they were ousted is likely to be a drop in the ocean. Compared to that..
