Given that this was the fourth witch hunt into what happened over twenty years period and all that the RC Commissioner could find fault with was what he deemed as Julia Gillard's 'performance', I think it's time Gillard sued for damages flowing from decades of harassment and false allegations.
While our archaic, unaccountable, ineffective and self-serving judicial system is pre-occupied with infantile and politically motived stunts; matters such as Sydney's siege pass through to the keeper without so much as a second glance.
The need for serious constitutional reform is becoming more apparent with every passing day.
