Probably one of the worst decisions I've ever seen a govt do. Knee-jerk response, no consultation, no idea about the ramifications or details/complexity of the market place, no idea about business needs...it was like watching a slow-motion deadly crash in a Grand Prix, knowing full well the car had been deliberately sabotaged.
