Is that not fair enough as statutary bodies have to report to the relevent minister, so the buck stops there.
It has been reported that the govt knew about these problems months ago so why wasn't Joe Ludwig over in Indonesia sorting the problem out months ago or at least telling the MLA to get it sorted and preventing this huge expensive mess.
