A disgraceful comment by Tony Abbott.
The law is the law and if the soldiers acted appropriatly in the circumstances they were in then they have nothing to fear from a trial.
But if they committed an atrocity then they should be held accountable. It appears that Tony Abbott and diligent don't think so though.
