Julia just wants the money. She knows that with out coal Stations all people in Victoria and Canberra and etc. would freeze to death. Coal and Nuclear will be needed for Green energy is not up to the task now, and people will just have to pay, for they can't survive with out electricity,especially in freezing climates.
