Theft is theft no matter who does it,no matter that it is paid back when caught out,no matter whether it is shoplilfting $92 or $40,000 home renovations,or $17000 worth of clothes,or $101,000 dollars from union funds, or whatever on prostitutes.All these claims should be investigated rigourously by the police,even if they were allegedly committed by "naive" 35 year old Lawyers,union leaders,senators or Uncle Tom Codley and all.
