    There was no fraud. Thiess have stated that they were happy with what they paid for, or words to that effect. So how was Thiess defrauded and if not, how then was a fraud committed by Blewitt? I guess this whole matter is more about 'secret commissions' as the payments to the AWU RA were apparently made with agreement and public acknowledgement by certain Thiess executives. Even other legal eagles from Bruce Wilson's side, have described the payments as 'secret commissions'. This runs a lot deeper than most people know or more importantly, want to know.
