Maybe Gillard is quivering in her boots, and maybe she isn't.
This thread is about the charges that Blewitt is facing tomorrow. Thirty one of them resulting in an amount of $400,000 that was misappropriated. Shareholders funds. Arguably the money was paid as secret commissions.
Blewitt is going to plead "not guilty" which will result in a trail. Unless Quiggers intervenes, which I doubt he will. Not only does justice have to been done it has to be seen to be done. Even after the passage of considerable time since the offences are alleged to have taken place.
It will be interesting to see what happens from here.
And even if Gillard is unconcerned the same can't be said for former WA ALP Minister Yvonne Henderson and head of the CCC John McKechnie, an ALP appointee. They'll be kacking their dacks
