ACB during the period of the Howard Govt,real spending by the state on Education went from 50% to 55% and the contribution by the Howard Govt went from 50% to 45%.A long held convention where spending on education is split 50/50 between the Feds and state was broken by the Howard Govt.This includes GST.

Tony Abbott needs to unlearn all tought to him by John Howard.Being a leader is more than being a great politician.John Howard may have been a good politician,he was however a dreadful leader and the liberal party need to change.
