    I’ll give it to you.I thought that was a sophisticated analysis and far better than the tripe that usually occurs on this forum.

    Yes we agree the High Court will ultimately determine the result.

    Pell might be guilty or he might be innocent. Frankly none of us has a clue.

    My point was would you like to be convicted of a crime based upon your word against another’s with other people independently confirming what had happened?

    I suspect not.

    I certainly wouldn’t - hence my earlier reference to the High Court needing to address this matter and my comments about the Victorian legal process.
